Cop Shoots Out Runaway Car Tire

This video is from downtown Baltimore, in 1986. A man went out to warm up his car, and while scraping the windows, it somehow slipped into gear. This was the solution they came up with.

Is it me, or did that undercover cop look like a total badass?
