Truly an American Beer
Thursday, May 7, 2009 at 8:51AM
This beer just screams disgusting. Just picture yourself in Japan, waking up with a massive Sake hangover, and taking a sip of a warm U.S. Select Beer Taste. Mmmmmmm, delish.

Sake hangover? No such thing!
That is beer, wine, and cheap spirits that gives you those!
i have had this beer before. in japan. it was cold, and it was TERRIBLE. just awful. budweiser is readily available in japan, so i don't know why this is even sold at all. it's by far the worst beer i have ever had in my life. period.
I have had the honor of testing two types of BEER TASTE
"BEER TASTE" purchased for less than 100y a can at Don Quixote near Mitaka, Japan.
and
"Mt. Rainier Beer Taste"
Now that I live in Seattle, near Mt. Rainier, the irony is even better.
Yes, you can only drink it ICE COLD. If it ever gets even close to room temperature, it's terrible.
But it is, cheaper than cheap for Japanese beer.
I can only say that you have been blessed to encounter the lovable and truly worthy "Beer Taste" which changes form, only to dissappear, and re-appear,
Like Johnny Cash's "Highwayman" that like a drop of rain, it will be back again.... and again, and again, and again.
Cheers!
